Assistant Varsity Coach

Steve Goebel

Steve Goebel is a 1980 graduate of Worthington High School. He is the owner of Trevor Custom Homes and resides in Westerville with his wife Paula. They have three adult children. Evan, Allie, and Trevor.

Before being named assistant varsity coach at Orange in 2017, Steve was the assistant varsity coach of the Westerville North women’s soccer program from 1989-2011. As assistant coach at Westerville North Steve compiled a record of 317-86-57 in twenty three years. During his time at North the Warriors won two state championships ( 1990,1992), 4 regional championships, 10 district championships, and 10 OCC championships. Steve was named Ohio high school assistant varsity coach of the year in 2002 and 2010.

Junior Varsity Orange Coach

Allie Sieradzki

This will be Allie’s 8th year coaching the JV Orange team at Olentangy Orange High School, and her 8th year of coaching overall. She started her coaching career at Westerville Central High School in 2016 where she also worked with the Junior Varsity team. Allie is a Westerville North graduate and played for Tim and Steve from 2008 to 2011. After high school, Allie received a scholarship to play soccer at Cleveland State University where she was voted team captain her junior and senior year, and won numerous team and league awards. Allie got her degree in Middle Childhood Education and is currently a 6th grade science teacher in Hilliard.

Junior Varsity Blue Coach

Samantha Vaughan

Samantha is an Olentangy Orange High School graduate and will be in her 6th year of coaching the JV Blue.

After high school, Samantha received a scholarship to play soccer at Youngstown State University where she received her degree in Integrated Social Studies Education in 2018. She is currently teaching in the Groveport Madison school district

Assistant Coach

Delaney Earl

This is Delaney’s 2nd year coaching for Olentangy Orange High School. Delaney graduated from Olentangy Orange in 2018 where she was on the Varsity team all four seasons, playing for Tim and Steve her senior year.

After graduating high school, Delaney went on to play soccer at Otterbein University from 2018 through 2021 where she received All-American and Academic All-American honors, along with other accolades. 

Delaney studied Marketing and Business Administration & Management and is currently working as a Development Specialist for Unum Insurance.

Varsity Head Coach

Tim Lawrence

Tim Lawrence will be in his eighth season as the Lady Pioneer head coach. Tim is a 1988 graduate of The Ohio State University with a bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Physical Education. He has a Master Degree in Sports Science from Ashland University.

This past season the Pioneers posted a 16-4-1 record. Tim has led the Pioneers to several championships during his tenure: one regional (2022), two district (2019, 2022), and four OCC (2017, 2019, 2020, 2022).

Before being named head coach at Orange in 2017, Tim was the head coach of the Westerville North women’s soccer program from 1989-2011. Tim also coached in the Classics Eagles soccer club from 2012-2017. While at Westerville North, Tim compiled a record of 317-86-57 in 23 years as head coach. During his time at North, the Warriors won two state championships (1990, 1992), four regional championships, 10 district championships, and 10 OCC championships. Tim was also named state of Ohio HS coach of the year twice (1991, 2003). Tim was inducted into Westerville North’s Athletic Hall of Fame in February, 2020. Tim was also inducted into the Ohio Scholastic Soccer Coaches Association's Hall of Fame in 2021, and The Ohio Capital Conference Hall of Fame in 2023.

Tim is a 1983 graduate of Westerville South High School. He recently retired from teaching in the Westerville city school district. Lawrence holds an United Soccer Coaches Advanced National Diploma and a USSF National Youth License. Tim resides in Galena with his wife Amy. They have two children... Jake (24) and Maggie (21).
